By accessing the Website, creating an account, placing an order, downloading a digital product, or otherwise using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Return Policy, and any additional terms or notices presented on a product page or during checkout.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website or purchase our products.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website or place an order. Certain products may be subject to a higher minimum age or additional legal restrictions depending on the product and your jurisdiction.
By using the Website or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

FTA Tactical operates the Website as a single-store ecommerce business.
Products offered through the Website are sold by FTA Tactical unless a product page expressly states otherwise. The Website is not a multi-vendor marketplace, and customers do not purchase products from independent marketplace sellers through FTA Tactical.
We may obtain, manufacture, license, distribute, or fulfill products through manufacturers, suppliers, licensors, service providers, or fulfillment partners. Their involvement does not create a direct contractual relationship between you and those parties unless expressly stated.
Laws concerning firearms, firearm components, triggers, safety mechanisms, unfinished receivers, manufacturing tools, digital design files, three-dimensional printing, and related products vary substantially among federal, state, local, territorial, and international jurisdictions. These laws and their interpretation may change without notice.
You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is legal for you to purchase, receive, possess, download, manufacture, assemble, install, transport, transfer, resell, or use in your jurisdiction.
The fact that a product appears on the Website or that the Website permits you to submit an order does not constitute a representation that the product is lawful in your location.
You agree that you will:
Review all applicable federal, state, and local laws before ordering or using a product;
Obtain any license, permit, registration, serialization, marking, tax payment, background check, approval, or other authorization required by law;

FTA Tactical does not provide legal advice. Product descriptions, compliance notices, educational materials, and customer-service communications are provided for general informational purposes and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney or applicable government authority.
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, FTA Tactical does not sell complete firearms or ammunition through the Website.
Some products sold or distributed through the Website may be firearm components, firearm accessories, manufacturing tools, unfinished items, digital files, or other products that may be regulated differently depending on their configuration, completion, intended use, or jurisdiction.
A product that is not regulated as a firearm under one jurisdiction or under current federal guidance may nevertheless be restricted by another jurisdiction or may become regulated when completed, combined with other components, modified, manufactured, assembled, transferred, or used in a particular manner.
You may not order a product for any person who is legally prohibited from purchasing, possessing, receiving, manufacturing, or using it. You may not use the Website to evade a law, background-check requirement, licensing requirement, serialization requirement, transfer procedure, or other legal obligation.
We may restrict sales, downloads, or shipments to any state, locality, territory, country, postal code, person, or address when we believe a restriction is legally required or reasonably appropriate.
Restrictions may be based on:
Applicable statutes, regulations, ordinances, court orders, or agency guidance;
Changes in legal classification or enforcement;
Product configuration or intended use;
Carrier or fulfillment limitations;
Payment-processor requirements;
Fraud-prevention concerns;

Our restriction system may not identify every law or prohibited location. You remain responsible for compliance even when the Website does not automatically block your order.
We may cancel, suspend, delay, or refuse any order or download when legal eligibility is uncertain. We are not liable for losses caused by a lawful or good-faith compliance decision.

You are responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with your firearm, platform, component, equipment, software, intended configuration, and intended use before installation or modification.
References to firearm brands, models, platforms, or manufacturers describe intended compatibility or application and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or authorization unless expressly stated.
Firearms and firearm components may vary because of manufacturing tolerances, model generations, aftermarket modifications, wear, prior repairs, assembly differences, or changes made by the original manufacturer.
Some products may require fitting, adjustment, modification, specialized tools, technical knowledge, or installation by a qualified gunsmith. Do not install, modify, test, or use a product unless you possess the necessary knowledge and ability to do so safely.
Before installation, modification, inspection, maintenance, or testing:
Confirm that the firearm is completely unloaded;
Remove all ammunition from the work area;
Follow the firearm and component manufacturers’ instructions;
Use appropriate tools and safety equipment; and
Consult a competent gunsmith when fit, function, compatibility, or safety is uncertain.
Stop using the product immediately if you observe abnormal operation, unintended movement, improper engagement, inconsistent reset, unexpected discharge, component damage, excessive wear, unusual sound, improper fit, or any other potentially unsafe condition.
FTA Tactical is not responsible for damage, injury, malfunction, loss, or legal consequences resulting from improper installation, negligent handling, incompatible components, unauthorized modification, misuse, abuse, failure to inspect, or failure to obtain qualified assistance.
Firearms and firearm components are inherently dangerous when improperly handled, assembled, installed, maintained, stored, or used.
You agree to follow all generally accepted firearm-safety practices, including:
Treating every firearm as though it is loaded;
Keeping the muzzle pointed in a safe direction;
Keeping your finger away from the trigger until you are ready to fire;
Knowing your target and what is beyond it;
Wearing appropriate eye and hearing protection;
Securing firearms and components from unauthorized persons and minors; and
Following all manufacturer instructions and applicable laws.
Any live-fire testing should be conducted only in a lawful and appropriate location by a person competent to perform the test safely.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Your order is an offer to purchase the products identified in the order. We may acknowledge receipt electronically, but an automated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
We may accept an order when we process it for fulfillment, provide access to a digital product, or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:
Product unavailability;
Pricing, description, or inventory errors;
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
Inaccurate customer information;
Duplicate or excessive orders;
Legal or regulatory restrictions;
Payment-processor or carrier restrictions;
Safety or compliance concerns; or
Suspected violation of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will generally issue a refund for the canceled portion to the original payment method. Processing times are controlled in part by the applicable bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, including after an order has been submitted.
You authorize FTA Tactical and its payment-service providers to charge the payment method submitted for:
The product price;
Shipping and handling charges;
Applicable sales, use, excise, or similar taxes;
Optional services selected at checkout; and
Any other amount clearly disclosed before purchase.
You represent that you are authorized to use the submitted payment method.
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. FTA Tactical does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card number. Your use of a third-party payment service may also be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
If a charge is declined, reversed, disputed, or determined to be unauthorized, we may cancel the order, suspend the associated account, restrict future transactions, or pursue lawful collection remedies.
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
Promotions cannot be combined;
Discounts do not apply retroactively;
Discounts have no cash value;
A code may be limited by product, customer, quantity, or date;
Certain products may be excluded; and
We may modify or terminate a promotion at any time before an order is accepted.
We may cancel an order involving misuse, duplication, manipulation, or unauthorized distribution of a discount or promotion.
Available shipping methods, estimated charges, and available delivery options are displayed during checkout when applicable.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Processing and transit times may be affected by order volume, product availability, compliance review, carrier delays, weather, holidays, emergencies, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, additional charges, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Title to and risk of loss for physical products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
You are responsible for monitoring tracking information and promptly reporting apparent loss, damage, theft, misdelivery, or delivery discrepancies.
We may require an adult signature, identity verification, or other delivery condition for certain orders. We may refuse shipment to freight-forwarding services, reshipping services, post-office boxes, commercial mail-receiving agencies, or other addresses when compliance or fraud concerns exist.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery, failure to retrieve the package, or another circumstance attributable to the customer, any refund or reshipment may be reduced by the original shipping charge, return shipping charge, carrier fee, and reasonable handling costs, to the extent permitted by law.
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are governed by the Return Policy posted on the Website and any product-specific terms disclosed before purchase.
The Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Certain products may be final sale or ineligible for return, including products that have been installed, fitted, altered, modified, used, damaged, downloaded, accessed, or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale, as described in the Return Policy or on the applicable product page.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable law.
Certain products may consist of downloadable files, design files, documents, models, instructions, software, or other digital content.
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for your personal, lawful use. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
You may not, without express written authorization:
Resell, sublicense, share, publish, upload, distribute, or transfer the file;
Make the file publicly available;
Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;
Claim the file or design as your own;
Use the file to infringe another person’s rights; or
Use the file for unlawful manufacturing, possession, transfer, or distribution.
Digital products are generally considered delivered when the download link, account access, email delivery, or other access method is made available.
Because digital products cannot ordinarily be returned once delivered or accessed, they may be nonrefundable except where the file is defective, materially different from its description, or a refund is required by law or expressly authorized by FTA Tactical.
You are solely responsible for verifying that your software, hardware, equipment, materials, manufacturing process, and intended use are appropriate for the digital product.
FTA Tactical does not guarantee that a digital file will produce a particular physical result or function correctly when used with every machine, material, setting, component, or configuration.
Certain Website features may require a customer account.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
Providing accurate account information;
Updating your information when it changes;
Restricting unauthorized access to your account or device; and
Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by law.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe it has been compromised, used fraudulently, used unlawfully, or used in violation of these Terms.
An account does not create any ownership interest in the Website, customer data systems, or Website features.
You may have the opportunity to submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, testimonials, suggestions, reports, or other content (“User Content”).
You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant FTA Tactical a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from that content for operating, improving, documenting, and promoting FTA Tactical and its products.
You represent and warrant that:
You own or control the necessary rights to the User Content;
The User Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
Its submission and use do not violate another person’s rights;
It does not disclose confidential or private information without authorization; and
It does not contain unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or malicious material.
We may review, remove, decline to publish, or edit User Content, but we are not obligated to do so.
Submitting feedback or suggestions does not entitle you to compensation, credit, ownership, or confidentiality unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
You may not:
Use the Website or any product for an unlawful purpose;
Misrepresent your identity, age, eligibility, location, or legal status;
Order a product on behalf of a prohibited person;
Attempt to evade a location restriction, compliance control, purchase limit, or legal requirement;
Use false billing, shipping, payment, or account information;
Interfere with Website operation or security;
Introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or harmful material;
Scrape, harvest, copy, or extract Website data through unauthorized automated means;

The Website and its contents—including text, graphics, logos, product photographs, videos, page designs, software, downloadable materials, and compilations—are owned by or licensed to FTA Tactical and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, FTA Tactical grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Website for personal, lawful shopping and informational purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit Website content without prior written authorization, except as permitted by law.
“FTA Tactical,” associated logos, and related branding may be trademarks or trade dress of FTA Tactical. Third-party names, brands, firearm models, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not imply affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.
The Website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment processors, carriers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, video hosts, or other services.
FTA Tactical does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, security, products, services, terms, or privacy practices of independent third parties.
Your use of third-party services is governed by the applicable third party’s own terms and policies. A link or integration does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy posted on the Website.
By using the Website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by service providers that assist with payment processing, hosting, security, analytics, communication, order fulfillment, shipping, fraud prevention, and other business functions, subject to the Privacy Policy.

FTA TACTICAL DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
THE WEBSITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE;
PRODUCT INFORMATION WILL BE FREE FROM EVERY ERROR OR OMISSION;

IMPROPER INSTALLATION, ASSEMBLY, FITTING, MODIFICATION, OR MAINTENANCE;
INCOMPATIBLE PARTS OR CONFIGURATIONS;
NEGLIGENT OR UNSAFE HANDLING;
FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS OR SAFETY PRACTICES;
USE OF A PRODUCT AFTER A POTENTIALLY UNSAFE CONDITION BECOMES APPARENT;
THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, WEBSITES, CARRIERS, OR PAYMENT PROVIDERS;
SHIPPING DELAYS, LOSS, THEFT, OR MISDELIVERY OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL;

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FTA TACTICAL’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO A PRODUCT, ORDER, DIGITAL FILE, OR USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FTA TACTICAL FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FTA Tactical and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from or relating to:
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of applicable law;
Your unlawful purchase, possession, manufacture, assembly, modification, transfer, resale, export, or use of a product;
Your improper installation, assembly, fitting, maintenance, handling, storage, or use;
Your infringement or violation of another person’s rights;
Your User Content;
Your fraud, misrepresentation, negligence, or willful misconduct; or
Another person’s use of your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
This section does not require indemnification for conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.
Legal requirements and agency interpretations concerning firearm-related products and digital files may change rapidly.
After an order is submitted, we may delay, suspend, modify, or cancel fulfillment if:
A law, regulation, ordinance, court order, injunction, agency interpretation, or enforcement policy changes;
A product’s legal classification becomes uncertain;
A payment provider, carrier, insurer, supplier, or fulfillment partner imposes a restriction;
Additional documentation or verification becomes reasonably necessary; or
Fulfillment would create a material legal or safety risk.
When an order is canceled before fulfillment for one of these reasons, we will generally refund the amount collected for the canceled item, subject to applicable law.
We are not responsible for changes in law that occur after a product is delivered or a digital file is accessed. You remain responsible for continued lawful possession and use.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website, customer account, downloads, or services if we reasonably believe you have:
Violated these Terms;
Engaged in fraud or unlawful conduct;
Created a safety or security risk;
Abused a return, refund, discount, or payment process; or
Exposed FTA Tactical or another person to legal liability.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification obligations, and dispute provisions—will survive.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Website, an order, a product, or a digital file are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any lawsuit arising from or relating to these Terms, the Website, an order, a product, or a digital file must be brought exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Idaho.
You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on an inconvenient forum, to the extent permitted by law.
Before filing a lawsuit, the parties are encouraged to provide written notice describing the dispute and make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or emergency injunctive relief when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, safety, confidential information, or intellectual property.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, products, services, Website functionality, or business practices.
The revised Terms will be posted on the Website with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version in effect when an order is accepted generally governs that transaction unless a change is required by law.
By using the Website, placing an order, or contacting us electronically, you consent to receive transaction-related communications electronically, including order confirmations, receipts, account notices, policy notices, and customer-service communications.
Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing to the extent permitted by law.
Marketing communications are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the method provided in the communication, but you may still receive transactional or legally required messages.

FTA Tactical may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, financing, change in control, or transfer of the Website or business.
FTA Tactical is not liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disruption, transportation interruption, carrier failure, utility outage, internet disruption, cyberattack, epidemic, pandemic, government action, regulatory change, supplier interruption, or shortage of materials.
This section does not excuse payment obligations for products already delivered.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or modified only as necessary to make it enforceable.
The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
A failure or delay by FTA Tactical to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
A waiver is effective only when made expressly in writing by an authorized representative of FTA Tactical.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return Policy, applicable product-page notices, and terms displayed during checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and FTA Tactical concerning your use of the Website and purchases from FTA Tactical.
If a product-specific term directly conflicts with these Terms, the product-specific term controls only with respect to that product and conflict.
Section headings are provided for convenience and do not limit the meaning of any provision.
Words such as “including” and “includes” mean “including without limitation.” References to “law” include applicable statutes, regulations, ordinances, rules, court orders, and legally binding governmental requirements.
These Terms will not be interpreted against either party merely because that party drafted or supplied the language.
